As long as I can remember I have always been passionate about interacting with young people and sharing with them my experiences in the hope that, my journey can be a blessing to their lives and can help them to make decisions going forward that would lead them to great future successes.

Having accomplished some things academically as well as in the field of a professional athlete, I am blessed to have the knowledge and experience in these areas, and in life in general, that I know many young people can benefit from.  What good am I, if I don't continue to use my blessings to bless others in return?

Nothing is more fulfilling to me than engaging a group of eager young students/athletes and sharing with them my experiences, knowing full well that what I share can be the turning point in many of their lives and ultimately lead them to future greatness! Sometimes one encouraging word can be the push in the right direction that many young people need, and I am motivated to be that push!
